I literally JUST posted about this SAME issue. I didn't get my code for the gun on the receipt either. It only gave me the ghost. Im extremely pissed off because of this. It seems gamestop screwed up preorder codes and only gave people the ghost? I might be wrong but it's looking that way.

Just called GameStop. They said the code is in the game case. I'm not home so I can't look. I never looked last night either. If you can, please verify?

Thanks for figuring that out, I can confirm it IS in the game case. Just looked. I never look at stuff like that because its been forever since I've had to look at CD case inserts for anything. And it wasn't indicated anywhere that the pre-order code would be IN the case, it's always either e-mailed to you or put on the receipt itself.

Obviously you've figured it out but yes they're either on the receipt or in the case. Typically not emailed though unless you bought a digital copy.
