Preordered Destiny 2 - Digital Deluxe Edition on Xbox Live
I didn't get any of the bonus content I was supposed to get with the download. I should have gotten - Legendary Sword - Legendary Player Emote - Cabal Empire Themed Emblem, - Coldheart Exotic Rifle* - Kill-Tracker Ghost - Salute Emote
I already chatted Xbox Live Support: service request number: 1397340928
The game is working fine. I have none of the things I am supposed to have I was told by Xbox support that I won't get the Coldheart and Killtracker ghost, until lvl 20.
However, I don't have any of the other things. They said it is a trouble shooting issue on the game end.

7 RepliesHello, When inspecting your Destiny 2 content on the Xbox Dashboard, do you see "Destiny 2: Premium Digital Content Pack"? Additionally, all items will become available through the means listed on this Help Article: http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46167

Edited by Trollefix: 9/6/2017 2:38:10 PMCheck your collections in the vault. Mine was there when i checked after The Spark mission. As for the weapons, they will be avaliable once you complete the campaign and get to lvl 20.
