XP Boost
I used the bungie site to claim my xp Boosts (3 of them) - expecting consumables in my post master so I could claim them before going to bed. Instead I got some kind of commanders blessing. Is this the XP boost - if so, the promotional language was misleading and as a result, I might have just burned my three supposed "motes of light" consumable before logging off for the morning. Bungie - can you please clarify/resolve my issue?

Does anyone know how to get the platform selection to show up? I clock redeem, I have 6 of them if that makes any difference, it comes up with the dialogue box stating I need to select a platform before I can proceed, but there is nothing to select other than "Cancel" or "Confirm." I have tried clicking on different areas of this popup, but nothing happens. I look around the "redeem code" page to find a way to select my platform, and there is nothing. When I click "Confirm", just to see if another popup comes up it just gives me the error that I have not selected my platform. Can someone please help me with this? Thank you

Edited by Xela: 9/9/2017 11:38:01 PMEVERYONE** After you enter the code that you redeemed, there is one last step. Go to your redemption history. On that list should be any codes you redeemed, on the top of the list is the XP mote that you entered. Next to it (on the right side) says "Redeem", you must click on that, a box shows up and you select the console you want to have it on. And that's it, should show up in game. Happy hunting Guardians. Update : To those that don't see their XP boost yet, know that you pick it up at the postmaster. Also if you redeem the code while you are logged in,log out or close the application of Destiny 2 and then log back in with your character. It should show up. If not, give it about another 5 minutes, do a strike or something, then log off and back in, it should finally sync and be at the postmaster.

3 RepliesI'm having an issue redeeming the codes - I got to the point where they're entered into Bungie, and show up on my redeemed codes, but when I click "redeem" and select Xbox Live, it gives me this error: You require a linked @membershipType account in order to perform this action I've been trying to get help on this, but haven't heard back for over two hours - come on, Bungie.
