That's a Sony connection error code. It's not a bungie error code.

It's an application crash code, which means something in the offending bit of software (in this case Destiny 2) is causing the crash and because it is a straight crash to home page/soft-bricking the console error you don't get a fancy Bungie error. Following the Sony help threads which ultimately suggests re-initialising the PS4 does nothing to help.

Yes, from an application crash, caused by an application when it crashes to home screen or soft-bricks (becomes imoperable without permanently being broken). The application at fault is Destiny 2 in this case. When an app crashes completely it generates this or similar codes that get attributed to Sony because the app doesn't have a chance to form its own error code.

Because you keep appearing parroting the same rubbish that is unhelpful and doesn't further the hunt for answers from Bungie beyond 'Do what Sony says', which categorically doesn't work.

There was already a post on here from another user that has this issue fixed that was provided by Sony. In the end that error code is in fact a SONY ERROR CODE not bungies.

By getting a new PS4, right? Sorry but no, not acceptible, not when it is literally the only game causing the problem at the moment, if it was every game then sure... but I'd rather trade in D2 whilst its worth something and maybe pick it up again in a few years for a fiver.

Dude I honestly feel your pain. The only thing I can suggest is hopefully at 10am pst is bungie release a patch. Other then that I don't know what else to say.
