I've managed to add everyone of my other friends to my clan but for some reason I am not allowed to add him. How can I add him or what can be done to fix this?

1 ReplyJust something I would like to preface: - There is a privacy settings which some users have enabled which prevents them from receiving Clan Invites, (ie. you cannot send them Clan invites). Here's how you can invite users using either the Website or the Companion Application.
Website: First, head to their profile using the Search tool. On their profile will be four options: Message, Invite To, Mute and Report. Selecting the Invite To option will open a dialogue box confirming which Destiny profile of theirs you wish to invite (Xbox, PlayStation or Blizzard), and a confirmation that you wish to send an invite.

Mobile Application: First, head to their profile using the Search tool (note that this feature is currently disabled). On their profile will be a yellow box with a plus inside of it. Tapping that yellow box will bring up the four options. Selecting Invite To will open up a dialogue box confirming which Destiny profile of theirs you wish to invite, and a confirmation that you wish to send the invite.
If you're still unable to send them an invite, I would suggest sending the user a direct link to your clan (this will suffice) and just have them request access. 2 RepliesHello. Whom are you trying to add? Is the user in another clan already?
