Join the club mate there have been a few complaints might have to wait for the forums to flood before we get a fix! Just got off the line with Microsoft support he said it releases on the 20th not much help there hopefully we don't have to wait that long

if the launch is delayed at all it will be all microsoft's fault. Although, the fact remains that bungie needs to reach out to them directly and in a big way. The only thing we can do is keep contacting their support and confirm to them that they are wrong and need to allow access of the game since we bought it in order to play at sept. 6th midnight in our regions.

Yeah mate, I know that microsoft support is now on top of this, hopefully we get a solution soon. Its late into the night and I will be going off now as our destiny launch is ruined :/ Hoping it changes tomorrow
