So I am here to be as objective as I can to the pros and cons of each platform. This thread is meant for people to look at the decision of Xbox PS4 or PC from a complete game experience standpoint. So I'll start with consoles
Pros
+ September 6th Launch Date
+ ease of use for Console (Play from couch)
+ Exclusive (PS4 only)
+ Transfer old character (N/A for new players)
Cons
- 30 FPS lock
- Low/Medium Settings
- Limited to controller (Could be a pro)
- No Exclusives for Xbox
And now on to PC
Pros
+ Unlimited Frame rate
+ 4k support
+ 21:9 Support
+ Ability to change FOV
+ Ability to change graphical settings (From low all the way up to very high)
+ Ability to use Controller or Keyboard Mouse
Cons
- 2 month delayed launch date (October 24)
- Might come with bugs (Theoretical)
- High-end computer needed for maximum settings (Not necessarily a bad thing)
So overall I think PC is the better platform if you can stand the wait of 2 months; this might be a risk though because PC Ports are typically riddled with bugs. Let's hope Bungie knows what they are doing. However, console might be the better platform for you if your friends all play on said console or you just want the game to come out earlier but at worse quality.
Tell me what I can add to each point in my list or if my overall conclusion is wrong or right.
