When I enter D2XP into the promo number it keeps telling me that the promo hasn't started yet??? What should I do to start it, ps I have a receipt with the pop tart promo with the destiny box on a receipt from target.

I'm getting the same issue... It says when I send the picture of my receipt that it didn't send properly. And then when I send my code it says the event hasn't started yet or my code was misspelled. Ahhh please fix this..

UPDATE: Got 10-20 codes from Kelloggs (dated 9-7) in correct 9 digit format for the XP Boost and one for Athena Victorious Red Sparrow.

I finally got my code from Kellogs and Entered it into the bungie web site and it says your sparrow will be there when you unlock sparrows in game. that was yesterday and I was level 20 and still no sparrow. Today still no sparrow? The bungie website says it was redeemed but it never showed up. anyone have any answers yet?

I did mine on Monday and waited till Thursday when they emailed the codes.

I've got codes but every time I try to input one at bungie net/redeem it says I'm using incorrect format . The codes start with [[ followed by 25-30 characters . At bungie net/redeem it says the codes have to be 9 digits; where does the codes end began and where do they end ?

This has been a complete sham! I have tried to text them all night, won't even deliver my pic. Now I am hearing that others have been told that it might take 48 to 72 hours to get the codes. 12 boxes of pop tarts headed back to the store.

Ok, what you need to do is to take a physical photo of your receipt and then on the caption of the photo put the code D2XP

I texted my receipt over 24 hours ago, and I got no response. Figured I'd try emailing it to them since some have had better luck that way. I get an email back saying that their inbox is full and not accepting new emails at this time. They have royally -blam!-ed this up out of the gate.

Problem I'm having is I set my picture in with the code which I waited like 5bhours to send me a link back saying they excepted the picture but wanted me to sign up for Kellogg's family rewards which I did after signing up for Kellogs family rewards and submit it now says sorry order not found

My issue is similar to most. I tired to email the pics of receipt but the email is undeliverable ecause the box is full. Cannot text it because they say they want the WHOLE receipt and my receipt was from grocery shopping and is a mile long, it took 11 pics to fit it all. The problem is it only allows me to attach 2 pics to the txt. If I send another txt with 2 more pics I get an error.

This is so annoying how their "inbox is full". Been trying since yesterday at 8pm...not luck. Can't do the text version because apparently on android we can not send it correctly.

Same. I typed D2XP a dozen times along with my receipt. Triple checked on the number and it is correct, it just doesn't accept the D2XP part. Hours later it told me it gave me kelloggs point and no mention of destiny 2 of any kind. No destiny promotions or codes of any kind on the kelloggs account either.
