what reso are you using? 1080-1440-2160? A lot of people thing that changing your screen reso doesnt do anything expect make it prettier or tighter/smoother edging. But you are demanding more calculation from the GPU. you can run 120FPS at 1080 and then see you only get 40 at 2160 (4K). this is because the GPU now has to do triple the work if not more to put the pixels in the right place. I dont know anything on AMD so i have no idea if your card is good, which i assume it is because you say it should be on high. Quick fixes to get better FPS (test them) Take away AA, this smooths the edging on everything and takes GPU performance down. Then start lowering shadows. Shadows take a lot of power, its actually one of the hardest things a GPU can do. From there turn off other settings like Tessellation and HDR. If you still aren't where you want to be start lowering settings one at a time. This should boost your FPS as a quick fix. This is, well was, the beta and its optimized well i admit that but it still is not perfect. When the real thing comes out you might see that you can run everything on high, you might not. EDIT: Also if you are running the game in 4k get rid of AA. the resolution is so high you will not tell the difference in AA being on or off
