Hey! I don't know if this will work for all people, but I had the same issue and it worked perfectly for me. You want to open the file location of destiny 2 launcher, then right-click on Destiny 2, then go to properties > Compatibility, and then enable override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: Application -- Hopefully this works for you guys!
