Sorry for my english. I think I've found a solution at least for myself and maybe it will help somebody else. I saw i post on twitter from someone with a list of windows update. I checked them and only one was like can solve the error. It was KB2670838 i install it and it help. I hope it solve the problem for someone else.

Good shit man, you need to install the windows update "KB2670838" like MindVortex said. Download link is here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36805 This fixed the Chive error code for me and now i'm in game.

Edited by Notorious Blast: 8/28/2017 8:47:08 PMI have tested this update, "Platform Update for Windows 7 x64-Edition (KB2670838)" -- and I can confirm it worked for me! I can't edit OP anymore because of the admin response, but a Windows Update seems to be the solution.
