Does anyone have any tips on what I can do to make this game playable for myself for more than 10 minutes at a time? I have tried messing with all kinds of settings and I can't seem to get it to where I can enjoy it.
I played Destiny 1 on Xbox one and I could handle that, but trying to play this on PC it seems like no matter what I do with my settings I can't seem to make it playable so I won't get sick.
Please if anyone has any ideas let me know. I really want to play this game on PC, but if I have to cancel my pre order and get it on console I will.

try to turn off motion blur go to "Video settings > Advanced video > Motion blur > OFF"

Turn on v-sync and limit your fps and gradually go up as you become used to it. I have a friend who gets motion sickness as well because he simply doesn't play enough to get used it.

Edited by Boldly Going Nowhere: 8/28/2017 11:49:42 PMA couple of things to maybe ease you into it. - Turn the FOV slider down a bit. 70 or so is about average on console, then gradually increase it if/when you're comfortable. I used to play Fallout 4 on console, but switched to PC recently and the field of view really played havoc with me for a week or so, headaches and all. Once you find a number you're comfortable with, it may eliminate your problem. - try capping your frame rate using vsync at 30 for a day or so and then move up to 60, then uncap if you feel your getting used to it.

2 RepliesYou need to adjust your eyes, you are used to 30 fps If not, you gotta abandon video games as a whole (or at least first person shooters)

Do you have this problem with other fps games on pc? Maybe you aren't used to sitting so close to the screen if you are used to console? I dunno but im sorry that sucks bud

It probably has to do with your frame rate. It's actually very common for people to get sick using higher FPS. I have numerous friends that can't play any games over 30 FPS because they get sick.
