Game keeps minimizing
I can hear the sound. The game keeps minimizing when I click on it in my taskbar, bringing me back to my desktop.
UPDATE: I closed out of all my tray apps, this has fixed the issue. I believe it may be Razer Synapse, but not sure. Try doing what I did.

[b]READ THIS:[/b] If you have any kind of overlay app like the Nvidia overlay or Geforce experience, or even if its not even for Destiny in general, turn those off. Overwolf and Razer, which most people use for other games like Path of Exile and such can be problematic as well.

I just went to task manager and ended some unused tasks and it cleared up instantly. Just try and do that.

Screen keeps minimizing. Can't play at all anymore. I don't know what and don't have teamviewer. Usually only did it once or twice. Can't even log in now. Restarted my PC. Didn't help.

1 ReplyI am having the same thing at the loading screen. It just auto minimizes. I am not a pc guy, but the only thing i have running is the blizzard app and the bungie executable. Still minimizing the screen. i hear music playing and it even showed me the hit enter button one time. i have closed and opened the game and restarted my computer many times. still no luck

Sorry I should have posted this up a few hours ago. If you are getting the game keeps minimizing thing. Its TeamViewer. Exit teamviewer then try relaunching you'll be golden.

Had the same problem. Thanks for the tip. Having TeamViewer in your tray will cause the game to continually minimize.

It was Teamviewer for me 100%. Pissed that it took me 3 hours of trouble shooting to finally find this post 4 minutes after mine. Glad I found it!

After I saw this comment, I realized TeamViewer did the same thing for me in Origin games. Exit it out of all tray icons and it should work.

UPDATE: I tried to close all my trays it didn't work for me I restarted my computer and it eventually came up. not sure what fixed it because everything was running that was running when I was experiencing the issues. but it works now so FeelsGoodMan
