Very low chances any more will be made available. Your best bet is to go to GameStop or Best Buy a day or two after release to see if they have any available. They may have some available from preorders that were not picked up.
On top of that, Activision publishes the game--Bungie has nothing to do with how many are made available.

Thanks, I'll be sure to cry every night knowing I could of pre-ordered it before they could cannibalize it.
