Can we have an option for non-Admins to design Clan Banners?

But I don't want changes made that, if I don't like I have to go change and possibly have conflict. Too many cooks in the kitchen type thing, you know? Before anyone thinks I'm being restrictive, you should know that I ask for input from everyone on just about everything. I'm not a dictator, but too many people with access to stuff just leads to chaos IMO.

Good suggestion. Then submit it to clan leaders for approval. It would be interesting to let a clan choose as a group.
