There's no requirement in the US for any company to provide one. Closest thing you'll get to an email is messaging their @BungieHelp Twitter account and hoping for a DM. - If you wish to report someone, there is an in-game report feature and the Help Articles section on the website has a contact form for reports that need to be made outside the game. - If this involves something you ordered, there is a customer support form and email in the store. - If it's involving a pre-order, then Bungie has nothing to do with it. Contact the business you made your purchase from. - If you think you've got some super important topic to discuss directly with Bungie that you're unwilling to share with any of us, you can send a letter: Bellevue Galleria, 550 106th Ave NE #207, Bellevue, WA 98004 You can even find their phone number very easily if you want to call their front desk. I don't know who you expect to talk to though, because as I said, there are no customer service employees at Bungie's office.

the best way to contact them is through the HELP section of the forums that way a moderator is mostly guaranteed to read your post and to point you in the right direction or, maybe, try running into a wall really fast solves most problems there are a lot of forums on the web as well where you might find the answers or help that you need just don't hold your breath literally oxygen is your friend
