Someone Explain Anthem to me
From what ive seen its Destiny+Iron Man
Anyone care to give me a bit of detail?

We know absolutely nothing about it. Almost no info is given. From the 5 minutes of footage we have of the game, it appears to be a 3rd person action/adventure game, with a good bit of similarities to destiny. The game has a very freeform movement system with jetpacking around, and features mech-suits they can be upgraded and customized. The game also features a loot system of some kind, however we have no idea how it functions yet. In short, we know next to nothing and can only infer off a a short gameplay reveal.

1 ReplyIt's a game that gonna get huge ass hype as the Destiny killer, but it's gonna either be delayed for years, or suck balls like division ended up doing. If you keep thinking its gonna suck, you won't be let down at release. If it turns out to be great, you can then be pleasantly surprised. [spoiler]reverse psychology [/spoiler]

We have no idea how accurate to the gameplay what we saw was...mostly because nothing has actually been built yet. It is being developed by Bioware. Did I mention that we know nothing? 7 RepliesThey really haven't given much to go on. There was like a 5 minute reveal. You can fly in the air and go underwater. Also, it's a 3rd person shooter, not 1st.
