Account unlink option greyed out
I might not have been clear in the previous post, but it has been closed without actually verifying that the problem is solved and I can't add any reply to update it, so here we go again, let me be more clear this time:
I would like to unlink my Xbox Live account from my old Bungie account and I have already tried the guidelines ( https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12130 ) received in the older post, but when I try to link the Xbox Live account to the new Bungie account, it only says:
"Your Xbox Live Gamertag is already linked to another Bungie.net account. It must be unlinked before you can use it on this account."
When I log in the old account, the "unlink" option is greyed out, thus why I'm here. There's no dialog, pop-up, alert, confirm, option, whatever you want to call it that asks to confirm that I "want to move the authentication method from the old profile", as the guidelines say.

You will need to add a second network account (i.e. PSN or Blizzard) to the old Bungie account, and then log into the old Bungie account with that newly added network account in order to unlick your Xbox Live account.

On this old account - how many console accounts do you have linked? If it's only one (your Xbox account), then that is why you are unable to unlink it. [/quote] If you truly want to unlink your Xbox account from your old Bungie Profile, then you'll need to add a different console (PSN or Battle Net) account to it. Once it has been added, you'll need to sign out and then sign back using the newly linked account credentials. From there, you'll be able to step through the steps to unlink a console account.
