Why?!
I'm tired of Bungie And Activision giving everything to the Ps4 players. All the exclusives weapons, armor, and even missions and content. Why not just release it to all? I know they have a contract with Sony, but why not sign up with Microsoft as well?? It's not fair that Ps4 players get all this great stuff and Xbox players are lacking these things.
It's like the legacy console situation all over again. When Bungie decided to leave legacy consoles behind I understood. It was just time to drop an 13 year old console due to the specs not being able to handle this new content.
It just makes me mad to see Ps4 players getting all the glory every single expansion.
Now don't get me wrong, I've been playing this game for a solid 2.5 years now. I love this beautiful community and I love Bungie very much. Hell, I would join the company if I had the chance. I am in no way hating on them or Sony. I just felt like I needed to address this before the release of Destiny 2 which I WILL be playing.

Not defending anything, but the current PS exclusives were meant to release with D2, but it got delayed so they also got delayed. I wish they didn't but who cares, the only good weapon would really be Jade Rabbit because of the damage and Zen because of the aim assist

We get to pre-load before them, so have fun with low download speed. I'm glad we don't get that Taken strike and color change gun.

Well go tell Microsoft never get any exclusive content on any other game. I mean you had rise of the tomb raider 1 year before it came out on ps4.

3 RepliesIt's called a limited exclusivity agreement. Sony is paying more for ps players to have limited exclusivity to items. Microsoft was not on board to spend the extra, hence Sony has a contract with Bungie/Activision until the time that the contract is not renewed. Therefore Microsoft will be at the mercy of the agreement until then, regardless of what their players want. You have been playing this game for how long? How are you not aware of this by now?

My only gripe is that I can't play with my Ps4 friends due to being on the xbox. I could care less about a few gadgets and strikes.

Have you ever played D1 on PS4?? It does not play near as smoothly and not nearly as enjoyable to play there. They Have to give PS4 people SOMETHING to brag about. Even if its some simple little exclusives. In the bigger picture your not missing out. Trust me

Microsoft has been rubbing exclusive content in Sony's face since the days of the original Xbox vs. the PS2. If you live by the exclusives, you will suffer by the exclusives.
