Since trails of Osiris is over could you please add an engram into the silver dust shop store that gives trials of Osiris exclusive gear (just like the dusty iron engram) for those who never got a chance at getting it. Thank you

I wouldn't be apposed to it ive went flawless once and did a lot of trials i had a lot of the armor and weapons but some of it got deleted due to an accident and i would really wish that there was a sort of Dusty Trials Engram the only thing that id say dont make trials gear drop from it or purchase is the TTK flawless armor and the flawless ornament tokens not obtainable so for the people who wanted a set of that trials armor can but those who have been flawless still have their adept weapons and flawless armor so im not against them doing something like that just for those who have went flawless and have the gear to show it compared to a new player that can only get the regular gear

Thank you
They did it with iron banner gear it's the same thing. A timed event that you had to compete to get gear and weapons. Totally agree with this. Plus it's paid content so wat right do bungie have to remove this from the game

12 RepliesEdited by OnlyGeowgie: 8/17/2017 12:53:00 AMYou can tell a person by their response, anyone who claims you should have earned it is self centered, they dont have much going for them in the real world, so they religiously cling onto their achievements in the virtual one. Undermining their achievement will simply remove their sense of superiority they feel when walking around with their exclusive armour. Pathetic if you ask me, but some people love capatilism.
Watch this get removed.
3 RepliesI love how people use the argument "it devalues the items". Then you have people that lag the game and force other people out in order to win, and that somehow DOESN'T devalue the items? The items already have no value, how can they lose any more? And along those same lines, you have Iron Banner gear, which was supposed to be awarded to ONLY people who competed in Iron Banner. Why didn't THAT gear get "devalued"? Right, because it HAD NO VALUE to begin with.

2 RepliesTo those saying no... Trials is gone. There's no sane reason to hold on to your loot so closely, especially when the game is going to be practically dead in a week.

I hate Trials, played a little of it, I had reason to hate it. Anything Raid or Trials should never be in the silver dust kiosk! I understand it's cosmetic, but the players who earned that gear did so with a unique combination of skill, teamwork, strategy, and resolve that is unmatched in Destiny. If Bungie took that away from those players to sell silver they would deserve every failure that could happen to a developer.

1 ReplyEdited by RingersCheckmate: 8/19/2017 2:52:12 AMI think that'll just destroy the value of the item. Trials of Osiris gear marks your accomplishments and your experience (at least the ornaments). I don't even have much trials gear, just an adept burning eye, winged word, and ornamented hunter cloak. If I can just use silver dust to get my ornamented glowing cloak it kinda ruins the motive and value of it. I think gear should be exclusive, I mean this is like Overwatch giving away golden guns in loot boxes or for regular currency.

38 RepliesNo, trials stuff is exclusive for a reason. I don't think you'd want the old Pariah (Flawless exclusive) gear to be given out to everyone for free if you had it.

wouldn't mind this. would kill for some blindsight sleeves.
-
If I could trade it to you or drop it on the ground like BL2 I would.... it's poopy....

3 RepliesAs long as there is a watermark over it that reads, "replica" then I agree.

3 RepliesEdited by GalaxySpider: 8/17/2017 1:51:12 PMYou can get Year 3 ToO weapons from the crucible quartermaster robot. Even the emblems (Scarab etc) drop from these bounties. Drop rate for the Year 3 guns is low. Not sure about the actual gear though. But I believe you could get it as well.

Pssssssttttt...you got any of dat silver dust yo?
-
Edited by zen10dough64: 8/17/2017 3:42:44 PMNah, wouldn't want to take away from the accomplishment of both the legitimate players and those who cheated/manipulated their network/DDoS/paid to win their Trials gear.

2 RepliesOr how about the AoT gear available for purchase now that the event is over?

And all the elitest crybabies who won't even be playing this gods damned game anymore in three weeks all swarm this thread to lose their minds in.... 3.... 2... 1... Chillout guys the game is officially dead. Nobody is coming back to it after d2 drops. It's not worth caring about.

1 ReplyTrials gear is dropping from crucible quartermaster bountys.
-
This is a good idea, the game is almost over, it would be good for those who never got trials stuff.

2 RepliesFirst it was
Can I pwease go to the lighthouse without actually playing trials? Its just for the grimoire I swear!
Now it's
Can I pwease get trials gear without actually playing trials?
The answer is no

Should've got the gear when you had the chance ;)
-
That'd be cool. I'd like to get old gear also. 😁
-
I think an engram for trials would be a good idea. Not for the adept or anything, but for regular gear or weapons.. They did this for IB, so I dont see the issue for doing this for the regular gear you could get in the drop pool. But nothing from the chest if you went flawless should be available anymore.

never got a chance at getting it.
Whoa there... there was a 2+ year window of chances. I was bad at it but still played to get the gear I received. Just like Year 1 IB weapons, you had to play to get them. If you weren't there or just chose not to play, it doesn't all of a sudden become charity time.
