Hello,
If you are asking if you can use the same Bungie.net profile for a Xbox, PlayStation, and Blizzard account linked on it to play Destiny yes you can.
But you will still need Xbox, PlayStation, and Blizzard accounts to actually play Destiny 2 on that you can then link to a single Bungie account.

You need to purchase Destiny on each platform you are playing on. Destiny games or game characters cannot be transferred between accounts or platforms. Each platform and account are separate purchases and cannot be combined.
