I think I got this right.
Anyway, what's the significance of this on banners by the vanguard commanders at the Tower?
If I recalled the Roman Numerals correctly, it would be 28, 7, 61...I just don't know why.

If we say it is 28 July 2061 it is when a comet comes back called Halley's Comet so maybe something to do with that.
