They did say they would tweak the time for supers on PvE allowing it to charge faster, how fast? I cannot say, but the tweaks will now be separate. Unless of course you are bitching they change it for both and disguising it as a PvE sided post, but secretly want it done in PvP because you know most people will not care otherwise. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
