Will Destiny 2 be an Xbox play anywhere title?
I know this question has come up in other forums, I tried searching this one before posting, but couldn't find it. Do we know whether Destiny 2 is going to be an xbox play anywhere title? It would be nice if microsoft or bungie would answer this question before the game launches; I am trying to decide between pre-ordering the digital or disc copy.

2 RepliesNo - it is indicated on XBL marketplace as XB1 only. Since the online platform for PC is processed through Battle.net, it will not/cannot be a Play Anywhere title. Besides, Bungie is patriotic to Sony, and that would be stabbing them in the back if they made that arrangement with Microsoft.

I don't think so.. xbox play anywhere it's applicable to digital games sold on xbox store and microsoft store on windows 10. D2 is sold by battle.net so no "anywhere" presume..

If Destiny 2 was ever going to be a Play Anywhere title, then it would have been clearly stated that it was by now...
