Destiny 2 - PS4 - MINIMUM bandwidth requirement questions

I understand that some (or all) D2 activities will be peer-to-peer, and that the quality of the experience for players may be degraded if the player acting as the host has a connection of insufficient speed, or is operating on a heavily congested or poorly designed local network. I am currently located in a rural area with limited connectivity. The best connection available at the moment is 3 meg up, 1 meg down. (I swear, we live like stone-age savages here in the U.P.) This was enough to handle the beta test with minimal issues, although there were a few instances in pvp where move/look controls would simply become "stuck" even after input had stopped. In an effort to insure that my connection does not cause disruption once the full release drops, I intend to use QoS settings on my local network to maintain the appropriate data throughput, or simply restrict my play time to hours when no other load is on the network (this option would really suck for me, but if it's what I have to do, so be it.) . In order to achieve this I need some specifics about how much bandwidth to allocate to my console. Question 0: What are the minimum upload and download speed (in kbp/s) required to participate in Destiny 2 gameplay? Question 1: Withdrawn
What is the minimum upload speed, and maximum ping, required to enjoy Destiny 2 events as a physics host without causing undue disturbance to the rest of the community?
Question 2: Answered - No
Is there a method to permanently opt out of acting as a physics host for all events, if I cannot insure that my equipment and connection will maintain the appropriate level of host service?
Question 3: Withdrawn
Is there a method to temporarily opt out of acting as a physics host for a specific event if I cannot insure that my equipment and connection will maintain the appropriate level of host service?
Question 4: Answered - No
Does a fire team leader predictably act as physics host for a strike or raid?
Question 5: Withdrawn
Is there any way to permanently or temporarily avoid acting as a physics host in open-world PVE areas? (This is where I envision spending most of my time, so this question is is probably the most pressing concern for me.)
Question 6: If the answers to these queries are unavailable in this venue, what is the appropriate method/contact point for escalating this information request to a level where some or all of it can be usefully answered by a knowledgeable party? Thanks for your time. Note: Questions edited after initial community response.

Here is a reddit post if you want to read up on how the servers work in D2. https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/6s5hbf/how_networking_works_in_destiny_1_and_how_it_will/

    • The Bungie server acts as the host in all situations, no player is a host in Destiny 2. There are still P2P connections but the Bungie servers will host all activities.
