It's the Trojan Traveller.
It's a giant servitor. The Fallen just painted it white and everybody fell for it.
Our powers actually come from the Speaker, (he gets them in bulk at Costco) but then Ghaul parked a dropship on him so now we can't make the pretty lights any more.
