Is the Destiny 2 Beta Working?

I played the Destiny 2 Beta when it was released, and on Friday, 07/28/2017 I tried to log on and got Error Code: Pigeon. Now it Tuesday, 08/01/2017 and I get "Destiny servers are not available". Is Destiny 2 Beta working or not? Is anyone else having this problem? What is the point of having early access if you can't play? Also, I Never got my Themes. Can someone tell me whats really going on? My console is PS4.

The destiny 2 beta for consoles ended last Tuesday. Early access enabled play a couple of days ahead of the open beta.
