Honestly, been playing this game since start and all of these "nerf this because someone using it out played me" posts are annoying.
Can we just either not feed these trolls by ignoring them or down vote posts that are like that?
Let's not mess up D2 balance.. please?
-
Lets play it how it is, and remember the age old saying if its not broke dont fix it because you will make it worse. Examples if you fire a rocket launcher and it has tracking and it searches out entire enemy team and kills them 4 for 1. Then yes it should be nerfed.

7 RepliesYeah, people like nkuch already saying the fusion rifles need a nerf, I would snap his -blam!-in neck if I see his soft skinny ass.
-
1 ReplyHey man, if you take my Nerf N-Strike Maverick away, I'll have a few choice words.
-
2 RepliesIf I was buying d2 I'd say let's give it a try. But bungie drove d1 into the ground and I'm not falling for their balance bs again. I pocket that $60 and it goes to something better.

3 RepliesEdited by BannedGlitta: 8/4/2017 10:19:32 PMOn the same token, we need to not be so opposed to nerfs when something needs when. I feel like this community has actually become blind to certain weapons or abilities that actually do need a nerf. A great example would be the fusion rifle in the beta. Everyone said "this is what a power weapon should be!" when in fact it was an over powered, no-skill weapon that had little to no reliable counters. Even a simple suggestion like increasing the charge rate to something closer to a 77 Wizard would be instantly shot down as everyone would react saying "quit asking for nerfs" or "git gud" when in reality, such a weapon should not havr been so powerful in the first place. I understand some people ask for nerfs when they aren't necessary (rip Bladedancers and snipers), but it's equally important to recognize when there should be a nerf. Sometimes 1 nerf is more effective than 10 buffs. We shouldn't always be so pessimistic about them.

Here's the fact, no matter what bungie does, there will be the people who can't win a match and blame perfectly fine weapons ( Plus Rifles) and skill sets. Then cry NERF. It's sad but true in any game, especially if the game has a giant following.

Fight against the nerfherder army!

12 RepliesI hated pve nerfs based on the crucible. Poor vex. It got -blam!-...... Crucible it was op but in strikes ect. Who cares if 1000 enemies die painful deaths.
-
3 RepliesWhen every player in the crucible is using the same gun then there is an unballance. Bungie are not stupid, they can see it in their player stats. Players on the whole are not the smartest. When every player is running max range matador 64 or ice breaker, should you be surprised if Bungie bring them down a notch or two. I don't think that the current system is a result of Bungie listening to NERF hurders. It's a result of them not being able to balance PvE and PvP separately.
-
3 RepliesUnfortunately it didnt work for the original destiny, doubt it will for D2......... this is how it will play out - A popular streamer doesnt like a weapon/type it gets nerfed, a weapon/type becomes common for pvp or makes pve easy it gets nerfed, an exotic has a useful 'exotic' or hidden perk it gets nerfed. In other words if anything is outside a streamers preferred loadout or above average it will be nerfed.
-
You know.... I actually think the final game is going to be shit to be honest. Everything they're saying about content?........... They're -blam!-ing liars..... But... I'm holding onto my preorder that I bought after my surgery mostly because percocet -blam!-s with your inhibitions (a lot) and PSN won't let you reverse a preorder... Mostly because I want to be able to play those golden three weeks of pristine gameplay before -blam!-ing bungie nerfs everything into a shallow grave...
-
6 RepliesEverything in this game has a counter. Alot of people are too lazy to learn them.
-
1 ReplyThey trashed my Titan hammers, and for what?
-
The shitty weapon loadout is the result of PvP crybabies and Bungie's stupidity.
-
I don't know why people ask to nerf stuff they should just try buff stuff instead. D 2 looks good in weapon balance maybe needs a few things buffed or added. I think the need to speed up the side step on the hunter ability a bit and re add the damage in walking through on the Titan shield as it easy to shoot down . The warlock spot on and I hope people don't ask to nerf it. If they did that there be need no need for nerfs.
-
Never happen.. So much hurt out there.
-
I agree with you 100%..
-
1 ReplyThe only thing that would fix this game, is Bungie removing stats.
-
Nope, let's fan out, split up guardians! That always works.

6 RepliesEdited by TheBeejAbides: 7/30/2017 1:05:03 AMI think i agreed ONCE that something should have been nerfed. It was the HEALTH of the Sunbreaker Titan, back in the first month of TTK. Then they not only made him easier to kill, but made the hammers so useless that most people just switched back to Striker. Whenever i played on Sunbreaker i just called them the Fusion Grenade class. After that, i never asked for a single thing to be nerfed again. Because if you ask Bungie to move something an inch, they move it a fvkcin' mile!

13 RepliesReplace "trolls" with YouTubers/streamers and then this post will be perfect 👍
-
Edited by PRINCE_ALI_1985: 7/30/2017 3:06:42 PMNot going to happen because most of our community (sadly) are trolls, elitist and toxic. -Best solution: Down votes and ignore the post -What actually happens: argument which make the post trending. Ppl who want XXXX nerfed bump it and it gets the Streamers/YouTubers attention which in turn make content about it (making that ad revenue) and finally Bungie's attention and start making excuses why they nerf xxxx because numbers. BTW I'm taking B.net and Reddit.

Bungie should just create counters for abilities and items so you can say they are just bad at the game Its that easy.
-
2 RepliesBuffs only, no nerfs under any circumstances. New idea... If there is an OP weapon instead of nerfing it, give the player a counter move. This way balance is a choice, not a forced mandate.
-
5 Replies
Let's not mess up D2 balance.. please?
This implies it was balanced and they messed that up. When was D1 a balanced experience?
-
3 RepliesNerf this forum.
