I know it's been said alot; but crucible is Ability spam simulator
Grenades are first then comes secondary reasonable snipers and no skill shot gun warriors then heavys later. Hunter uses blade dance attack!! countered by Fist of panic(killing 1 person lazily when you could've killed more)
I honestly think there are 2 primarys because most people use their secondarys in its place 24/7 while spamming sticky grenades. as for supers idk what do you guys think?

6 Repliesif you are not from vanilla you don't know wtf you are talking about. People like you cry over every -blam!-ing gun in this game and Bungie listen. Nerf after nerf after nerf, now here we are looking to shit hole called crucible. Vanilla crucible was good enough to play and have some fun, except couple of weapons. I missed those days. And D2 was even worse. It designed to be kill us with boredom

6 RepliesI think I'm thrilled I never have to go back to D1's pvp. The beta was a breath of fresh air while watching the sunrise in a dewey weadow as the birds chirpped a morning song.

I think those are all legitimate parts of the game. Parts that Bungie did a poor job in balancing, but parts of the game nevertheless.

Any Halo Era player remembers the "Throw Grenade, then headshot" maxime? I can't count how many times I've been killed by that. The Destiny Crucible is an interesting mix out of many things, in my personal opinion. Yes, some weapons always have been more dominant then others. But I think this will change again with Destiny 2. Looking forward to it.

Here's a wee secret. Destiny has always been this way. Magnetic Grenades were my go to back in Year 1. But what stopped this? Industrial strength Primary weapons like Thorn and Last Word☹️. Can't wait for D2, I haven't enjoyed PVP thoroughly since early Taken King.

At least our characters felt powerful and satisfying to use. It's good that Bungie is trying to encourage teamwork, but they could've done better than just slapping a gigantic blanket nerf onto everything.

4 RepliesTook a long break from destiny, came back for the D2 beta and loved it. Then it ended and I played D1 again and oh god.. no gun play just nades, cheesy skills and supers. I groaned through it and went back to battlefield. I'll patiently wait till Sept 6th :)

2 RepliesAnd Destiny 2 is worse. There, it's just team-shooting with weak guns, like a bland version of Overwatch. And all the abilities are too weak to justify the abysmally long cooldowns they gave them.
