Harder to kill doesn't equal fun for most people. Using a mag or clip to kill one normal enemy just wastes my time and isn't fun to me in anyway. Pve is fun but not as fun as destiny 1 strikes because everything is slower now.
The pve may get a lot better since this was just a beta. Pvp is fun because most of the changes were aimed towards pvp so that's fun for pvp.

It doesn't take a whole magazine to kill a normal enemy. Idk where people are getting this. There's this thing called headshots.
