I'm going to have to go with the tarantula hawk, sure I'll collapse from the pain but I'll walk away pretty much unharmed.
And y'all picking the mantis shrimp punch obviously don't know much about the little bastards

It hits with the force of a 22, but it doesn't have the follow through. You'd get a big ass bruise, but the paid would subside shortly and it would be like a nasty punch. I'd imagine the tarantula hawk would be far more intense and long-lasting.

*pain. That hit is in the face though. It would most likely knock some teeth out.

I doubt it, unless it hit you right over a tooth. It would probably split your cheek a bit, but it probably wouldn't break bone in a single hit. All the videos of them usually require a few hits to break through a snail shells.

I read an article on the Tarantula hawk. And this dude said the pain could only be described as "Absolutely unacceptable." I was laughing so hard reading that.

It's in the face though.. bye-bye to some teeth lol.

I'll take the hit in the nose. I've had my nose broken before, it's bloody and painful but heals quickly enough. It's better than being injected with a venom that's designed to paralyze with intense pain.
