Hi there, The user lVlaleficent is the founder of a bunch of the SSTR group/clan entities. That user will have to go into each of those groups and determine who will be the clan founder for each of them. If your goal is to convert them all to clans, then that's what they'll have to select in the top banner. I understand you have a large SSTR group with over 2k users. My suggestion would be to keep that as a group, and put the clan name reservation on lVlaleficent, so they can create the clan in August. This way there's a central place for all of the different clans in your community to get together. Now, I see you're the founder of the SSTR Astraeas group and clan. You can go in by yourself and make sure you're set as the clan founder and set the community to convert to a clan, if that's what you'd like. In short, you can found as many groups as you want, but attached clans are limited. You can only be the founder (and by virtue, member) of one clan at a time.
