(Xb1s) I CANT PLAY BETA Freeze/crash
This is an issue I've had since early access where every time I start the beta it will bring me to select character then it will freeze/crash it is really annoying but it is an issue with the game nothing to do with my Xbox because I contacted Xbox support and they told me everything I could do but it didn't work so our concussion was it was the game I hope you fix this soon bungie I was really looking forward to playing the beta but how it looks now I can't

1 ReplyOh my god the issue is on XB1 too! A lot of us on PS4 Pro are having your exact issue and some people keep saying it's hardware. I called Sony like you did MS and they told me to contact Activision so they know it's on not a hardware issue. Bungie stopped replying to us in the PS threads so good luck getting them to comment on your issue as well.

7 RepliesDid your game freeze at zavala in the tower by any chance? A lot of PlayStation players have had problems with freezing too. If it's happening on Xbox too it would prove its the beta and not the consoles

Have you submitted your information in the tracking thread(s) that apply. I think the main one you should make your issue known in, is likely this one: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/229162074?sort=0&page=0 It's about PS4 crashes but you should make your details known in there too, IMO Just reply to BungieHelp5's comment.
