So having limited time to play the d2 beta due to work commitments, as a titan main my only feedback is the lack of inbuilt dodge ability.
Hunters have shadow roll and warlock now have a twilight garrison style dodge. Titans seem to have nothing? Is this something that will be addressed by September? As I see it potentially causing balance issues in PvP.
Other than that I'm very much looking forward to September when the full game drops.
Well done bungie.

Do you want Hunters to also get an overshield, dear? They are different classes for a reason, it's so they play different

Titans have everything else. The dodge sucks. After being a 3 year hunter, i am leaving for the titan.
-
The purpose of there being three different classes is that they are supposed to be different.

Titans are bulky. I wouldn't associate them with being agile enough for any type of acrobatics or tumbles. Just my take.

5 RepliesWarlocks are slwo now and there is a 10 second cooldown for a single path in one subclass Hunters have a dodge with a long cooldown Titans also have a shield that they can use to block incoming fire

Seriously, you think the slowest class should have a dodge? Hunters are said to be the most mobile, but Id rather trade my dodge ability with an hour long cooldown for the Warlocks mid-air dodge at a 10 sec cooldown.

Warlock dodge is worthless all around and is used by half of one subclass. Hunters have a cooldown for dodging while losing out on a useful ability such as a rift or shield. Using Arcstrider to spam chain dodge roll and melee charges will be fun in PvE. Won't do too much in PvP. I wouldn't worry about the role of dodges in PvP tbh.
