There is a few Technicolor modems referred to in this forum. Thompson modems are made by Technicolor .

Great job stating the obvious there captain. Even someone with no knowledge whatsoever about routers and networking could figure that one out. The problem goes far deeper than that though otherwise there would be no point to extend the beta and release a patch to "better investigate important connection issues."
