To be clear, I haven't been playing in a fireteam. I've been going in solo, and 80% of the time my team either wins easily or loses horribly. It seems especially noticeable in countdown, where I kept getting destroyed every match until I got into a game where one of my teammates quit after the first round, but we still won 3v4 without trouble. From then on, it's felt like a coin toss as to whether or not you end up on the "good" team. I'm guessing that this may be because the beta is a mix of Destiny veterans and new players, but I'm curious if anyone thinks there might be another reason.
