Linking/Unlinking Accounts

I accidentally created a new bungie account and tied it to my battle.net account and i would like it tied to my old bungie account but i cant get blizzard to unlink from the new account so i can tie it to my old one. i tried creating a random PSN account and linking it to my new account to unlink blizzard but no success. any suggestions?

This seems like a common problem, and the OP's thread is already at the top, so I'll drop this here. I can confirm this works. Step by step: Step 1: Create a new free PSN account. Make sure it is a new one, because it will not ultimately be tied to anything other than the Bungie account you accidentally created. Step 2: Log into your undesired Bungie account via your battle.net account credentials. Step 3: Link your PSN account you created in Step 1, using instructions found here. Step 4: Log out of that Bungie.net Account and log in through your temporary PSN Account. Step 5: Unlink your Battle.net account from the accidental Bungie.net profile that you initially created prior to step 1. This will leave only the 'Ghost' PSN authentication on the undesired Bungie.net account. You can then log into your 'Real' Bungie.net account via your existing platform credentials, and use the instructions in the link in Step 3 to add your Battle.net authentication to your existing Bungie.net account.
