7 days to die best horde setting for solo player?

At least for the first week trying to determine which size horde is survivable at least. I don't wanna over do it so early in when I don't have much of a set-up yet.

  • I remember the first time playing it (albeit with friends) and the 7th day came and we were like" what is up with these zombies "? Total chaos..... And fun. Just wished there was a bit more to discover on the interim . Also once we got established and pumped the zombies up to max difficulty we really didn't see a challenge in fighting them.

      • I've had my game set up with "classic zombies", in the sense that they never run. As well as having the days set to 120 minutes. This gives both more time to build up resources before the seventh night, as well as causing the blood moon to take longer to pass before morning arrives.

      • just turn off zombies for a couple of days to build and prepare. when you're ready, turn it back on.
