[BUNGIE] Destiny 2 Beta Investigation: Error Code MOOSE
Hello all,
Since Early Access to the Destiny 2 Beta began, we have been investigating player reports of MOOSE error codes impacting various activities.
To aid in this investigation, we are asking impacted players to provide additional information concerning their network circumstances. Please see the following:

Xbox one. Wired. Most of the time the moose error is at the start, I will appear at the start of the game, and the part at the beginning where the kabal are supposed to break the wall down, they just don't appear, and once that happens I know I'm about to get booted. Since the beta has been out I have not once been able to complete the mission. Really thinking about cancelling my pre-order

Ps4 I can't see ikora. But if I use a mobile hotspot she appears. Once finishing the mission I switched back to WiFi but now inverted strike at the end I don't see the boss . there is suppose to be 3 stages when you look down you just see the bottom final stage and no boss followed by moose error

XBOX ONE ERRORE MOOSE: dopo le 3 ondate da Zavala passando la porta non compare ikora e nessun nemico tutto libero fino da amanda poi mi riporta alla schermata del personaggio. Oppure inizia la storia e non trovo nemici, mappa aperta fino a quando compare errore MOOSE. WIRELESS NO TECHNICOLOR SMARTFIBRA TIM 100M risolto per la storia collegando lo smartphone in wireless e con Nat limitato cmq funziona fino alla fine, il crogiolo invece funziona con il modem router e non con smartphone. L'assalto invece un po' e un po' mha. ps: ho disdetto il preordine XBOX ONE MOOSE ERROR: After the 3 waves from Zavala passing the door there is no Ikora and no enemy is all free until I am then back to the screen of the character. Or start the story and I do not find enemies, open map until MOOSE error appears. WIRELESS NO TECHNICOLOR SMARTFIBRA TIM 100M Solved for the story by connecting the smartphone to wireless and with limited cmq natures works to the end, The crucible instead works with the router modem and not with the smartphone. - PS4 - 1st mission ("tutorial"), when ikora appears or after amanda cutsceane - Tried both connections - No multiple consoles - Im using my own internet conection - Its a TECHNICOLOR In dozens of years as a gamer I've never been so sad as now. I've pre-order the sequel of one of my favorite games of all time just to be one of the first players to test the beta and i couldn't even complete the tutorial, making it impossible to play other activitie like crucible or strike. I was very disapointed and sad with bungie decisions this time, beacause all the people who believed and trusted at bungie, pre-ordering destiny 2 and getting this error were forgotten. I know it's a beta and this is why it exists... Just to take this out of my chest...

2 RepliesHello, I have MOOSE error since the begining of the beta. - Happens on PS4 Pro - during the 1st mission, when i have to go to see Ikora. Nothing happens then MOOSE error - the PS4 is wired - xbox One S, switch and PC are on the same network BUT they're not on - i play from my house - my network is from Proximus (belgium) and i think it's NAT 3 (i have a lot of trouble on Destiny 1 when my provider changed on Nat 3- and i can not go on nat 2).

I have both a ps4 pro and a regular ps4 been playing all week on the beta have not had any problems until the update. We were attempting to get in the competitive play. Both units are wireless and run through Wi-Fi the router used at home is a ubee provides through twc.

Still getting moose-d after your patch. Made a previous post with all the details you need regarding my connection etc. It's still happening after trying to get to the Speaker area after killing cabal with Zavala in the first mission. Ikora still doesn't spawn and the area is still open without any ads up to the end area. As I said before this was working fine on Saturday but started moosing me on Sunday (I started playing around 2pm GMT, in the UK on Sunday). Something is clearly wrong with the way we are transferred from the social area with Zavala back to the solo mission. and the same with how we are transferred from one area to another in the Inverted Spire. I was really looking forward to playing this Beta, but it's been ruined as I can't get past the first mission with my Titan, and I can't play through the inverted Spire mission from start to finish with the other characters as I get moosed before the end boss! It's just not worth trying anymore because I'll never finish anything and get to try out the new guns or armor, because not finishing mean no rewards..

Console: Xbox Activities: PvP: Quickplay and Competitive. Also, Strike won't load anyone else. Connection: Wired connection # of Consoles: Only one console playing the beta University: No. Router: Meraki MX64 (doubt this is the issue.)

Hi everyone, I just downloaded patch 1.04 ( over 1GB instead of 62MB, I don't know why) but Moose error still there. Two consoles connected at the same network: Ps4 Pro with wired connection (Nat Type 2); Xbox One with wireless connection (Nat wide open). Affected activities: Homecoming mission (Ikora doesn't show up), Strike (I never reached the boss). Router : Technicolor MediaAccess TG788vn v2 Internet Provider: Fastweb Country: Italy

Hi bungie! After beta update 1.04 for Ps4 the moose error still persist, ikora won't appear. router technicolor 788vn v2 Fastweb (Italy), wired, i play from my house.
