Is it just me, or did anyone else not receive an email yet about the code to pre-download the beta? I have yet to get the email. .-. About a few months ago, I redeemed the code on this website when I pre-ordered it through GameStop. When I did, it said that the code is not active but it is redeemed. I typed in the code several times to be sure and it did appear in the redeemed codes for me. I noticed it was removed for the Beta Code that I am guessing you would be getting via email. I threw away that code when I redeemed it and it said it was no longer usable. I have yet to be responded if I should be concerned or not, but I see my friends already downloaded the Beta. I kinda am kicking myself for throwing away the code to see if it got removed to make it active or something like that. I'm kinda desperate to have some conformation about this. But, if I never get that code, I guess, I will be bitter about the Beta being forced to wait 2 extra days when I already paid for the collectors edition. :/

Hello, If you have entered your Early Access code under your Bungie.net profile, you should now be able to select a platform under your "Redeemed Codes" section. You may access this page by navigating to your "PROFILE", then selecting "CODES" If you are attempting to do this on a mobile browser, > Tap PROFILE > Once under your Profile screen, tap the word PROFILE at the top left of your screen, which will bring a dropdown > Tap "CODES" to view your redeemed codes section You will then see an additional dropdown to select your Beta region. If you live in Europe, Australia, or New Zealand, please select "EUROPE"

I'm having the exact same problem I put the code in months ago never got an email now I can't even download the beta

I went to GameStop to get another code, I came back to the redeemed code page (I left my browser open to that page, it auto refreshed when I signed back in), I saw that it changed and I got my Beta code. I was relieved and happy to see that happen. I still thank Bungie on whatever did happen, but it resolved for me making that second code I got now useless. But, I don't care for that second code now. Check your redeemed codes page. If it got fixed for me, I am sure others that are having the same issue might be fixed in a similar way. BNGHelp5 pretty much tells you what to do. Although, I did do that earlier before I went out and nothing was there. So, again, Bungie, whatever you did, thank you. It got fixed, I am happy. I hope others that had that little issue also had theirs resolved. I thought of it just being a little weird glitch. I guess my luck to have those things happen to me is still on its spree.

I do not know what happened while I was away to GameStop to get the second code, but, when I returned on here, I was finally able to get the Beta. I did not need the second code. Bungie, whatever you did to help me, thank you!

I pre-ordered through gamestop too, put the code they gave me into bungies website and then last Friday converted to ps4 America code... plugged that code into my ps4 and code denied... hopefully bungie fixes this for us all...

They said to come by to get another code to see if that helps clear things up. I thanked them heavily. Try to see if your GameStop can do that for you. If anyone else is having the same issue, do the same.

I just told them my issue. They will ask you about if you put the code on here, etc. Just explain the situation. They helped me, although, I have yet to go in, so I can help you out a bit. That's it really. I wish you luck, and hope we both get codes that actually work this time. ^^' And the same to whoever is also having the same issue.

So, I don't suffer alone. Yay. Well, in truth, it is a bummer. But, there might be some hope left, maybe, that it'll be fixed or addressed. But, I kinda doubt it with the beta only being a few days away. You, I, and I am sure many others, will have to wait longer it appears. Oh well. At least we pre-orded the game. :/

unfortunately that code is the complete package, not just the beta, so without a working code, we are out however much we paid for the total package... I ordered on April 1st for the full package, not the last half... but hopefully bungie cares to do something about it sooner than later... personally wont be supporting D2 for much longer if this is how its gonna start off... GL getting your working code within a reasonable time...

I looked at the links you provided. The first one just explains details about the Beta, the second link just links to your profile... I still don't know what to do without the code I threw away. What I said above is my situation. There isn't much of anything I can do. So, I guess I'll just wait the two extra days. But thank you for trying to help me out.
