As a child, what did you think would be a big deal and/or a problem in the world/every day life?
For instance, I thought quicksand was a big thing! Turns out, it's not that common to find quicksand in every day life...
I was terrified thinking that one day, as an adult and on my own, I would stumble into quicksand and die.
What say you?

Edited by EL: 7/14/2017 3:32:21 PMWhen i was a kid i would tag along with my mom to do errands, you know paying bills, grocery shopping, fixing the car, and would wonder how i would be able to sustain a family or just myself. It was dumb to worry then. I absorbed a lot so living on my own was a natural transition. These days i look forward to diy methods to continue learning and care for my mom.
