I got my pre-order beta from Gamestop yesterday and I haven't received an email notifying me that I can download the early access content. Is there a difference between the early access Destiny 2 Beta and the standard Destiny 2 Beta. Like am I going to have to wait all the way until Friday just to play the Beta when I'm supposed to be able to have early access to the Beta. I followed all the instructions and everything then I received a 12-digit code and doesn't tell me what I need to do to redeem it in order to download the Beta. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! @BNGHelp5 or anyone who can help me

I pre ordered destiny 2 back in early april on amazon. I purchased the limited edition which cost me just short of £90. I heard you was suppose to get the beta code emailed to you 24 hours before the beta became available on ps4. Still haven't got the email and the beta is available right now. What's going on?

I did as well and contacted Amazon. They told me there was a technical erro and sent me a code today. Well the vode they gave me was only 9 digits. I ended having to cancel my preorder with them and reorder with Playstation because amazon couldnt get it right. Told me thwy would have to get figure out why their codes were only 9 digits when playstation requires 12 digit redeem codes. Said they would get back to me within 48 hours. I told them to take a hike.

bingie should state on the redemption page to select a certain region for different countires

i have already retrieved the code in a different region can i get the region changed?

I can not get to the redeemed codes section of the website, therefore I can't access the code for my system

If you can't, try this First sign into Bungie.net, Tap your avatar Tap "PROFILE" When reaching your profile, you have to tap "PROFILE" again, located at the top left of the screen, Then select "CODES"
