Gay Pride event in Destiny 2
It's high time Destiny embraced our changing society, and incorporated something in celebration of all us gays out there.
Maybe an event at some point during the year?
I do have a better idea though, based on the artwork released of Guardians at some sort of parade right before the cabal attack. This would be a perfect oppurtunity to add something pro gay in game, as the event could be either an actual GAY pride parade, or maybe a wedding between two male characters (I don't believe lesbians exist). Maybe Zavala and Cayde? Or the speaker and Zalava would be cute too.
Anyway, thoughts?

As a christian who has morals being gay is a sin in the eyes of god ,it says in the bible gay people spread disease what actually happened,bungie are terrible role models for children that play this game and are easy influenced saying being gay should be celebrated,its a sin and morally wrong,bungie will take a part in the lake of fire

I don't think the LGBT community needs representation in Destiny for one simple reason: not a single Destiny character expresses his sexual preferences in any way, at any point in any of the content released so far. In other words: Destiny is absolutely devoid of any sexuality whatsoever. In a game like Mass Effect, where players can actually romance other NPCs, I think it's absolutely necessary to offer every player a chance to express their own personal preferences. That should be an absolute no-brainer in 2017. But... Destiny? Nope. Not only is it unnecessary, it would be misplaced, forced and awkward.

I play games to escape the real world for a little while. I really hate when games try to bring in hot button issues just to get publicity for there game. I'm in no way Antigay but I would say no to this idea.

I however don't care to celebrate it with him. I am not interested in the least about it. Basically, what I am saying is, I don't care if you are gay, I wouldn't care if you was hetro. It's not my business either way. I'll treat you the same either way. I however don't go to gay pride events in RL, I don't want to go to one in a video game where I'm looking to dish out sweet murder to some alien fools. There is no place in the game for such trivial persuits. Sorry, can't stay something that I'm not. However do feel free to stay gay yourself though.

Did having a trans antagonist not doing anything for you? Not being insensitive, but Bungie isn't not embracing our changing society. If anything, Bungie has been more inclusive for those that identify themselves with any group regardless of their age, sex, religion, orientation, ethic background, etc.
