Just go take his tags, he deserves to be demoralised for being a twat, it's not as bad as it used to be, but my god they need to fix the suppression on snipers, if your getting pinned by a mg15 that's spraying bullets prone from a bipod you should be suppressed there is no trade off for just standing in the open and taking fire...

:( I like shooting for headshots in the back or countersniping though :(

I'm not a big sniper user but I do enjoy trench sniping with the martini henry.

I have a few issues with your post. Despite saying you're not too serious, I think you kinda are. I hate the Scout class myself - I regularly even boot them off my squad - so it pains me to offer a defense. But here goes. 1. Scout can be used strategically to help with objectives. I get the feeling most people are simply using it to get high K/D's, but it [i][b]can[/b][/i] be a useful class when used correctly. 2. You can counter them. Have a dedicated counter-sniper. Stay away from open spaces. Use smoke grenades when running to new cover. 3. The "not fun" argument really isn't an argument. I don't think it's fun either, but snipers clearly do.

Lol if you think snipers are bad in bf1 wait till they go back to the modern age and people start killing you from double and triple the ranges they are now because 16x and 20x scopes are a thing

I'm just up here spotting enemies and drilling little holes in players heads from afar (you know just having fun and getting a better look at the fights) when I get some player charging up to me wanting a close quarters fight, needless to say I take him out before he gets too close or spot him for my team mates to take out. Worse ones are those idiots who rage quit because of it or send hate mail, although hate mail can be funny especially when fueled.

When i land a long range shot in BF it's exhilarating because BF sniping usually has actual physics in it. I'd normally agree. But bf1 is WWI, if the majority are using scoped bolt rifles? So be it. I suggest "back to basics" mode. Where your only option is a bolt action rifle or single shot with iron sights.
