Error code weasel

This is probably the 40th post I've made. Why am I getting weasel right before the character selection screen pops up? I can play on one account on the same PS4 but not the other. PLEASE for the love on god someone from bungie please tell me what is going on!! If my account was suspended then fine but please tell me what is going on!!

      Hello, Weasel is a general networking error. In order to prevent further error codes, you should try to improve you connection, a good way to do this is to consult Bungie's networking guide (linked below) as well as clearing your console's cache (linked below).
