I know someone that cheats in every game he can get away with it (he doesn't play Destiny, for what that's worth) simply because he enjoys pissing people off. In TF2 he'd blatantly use wall hacks and aimbots while running the Heavy and cross-map headshot everyone while spinning in his chair laughing his ass off. For cheaters, it's not so much about winning as it is about ruining your day.
