As a cook who has cooked in restaurants I beg to differ......

What if the ingredients are things you have never tried, I wonder how you would know then? Of course I agree its not the best analogy, but you get the point: "Don't knock it til ya try it!"
-
No man....you're clearly not a cook...
-
Okay, I used a food analogy. But really, we are talking about D2. Not food. So whats your point? And I have been cooking meals for myself since I was tall enough to reach the oven, does that count?????
-
Point is is that your food analogy doesn't work. If something has Cajun seasoning, you expect it to taste spicy. If something has tomatoes in it, you expect there to be a tomato taste to it. If Destiny is lacking a number of key components that made the first game playable and a little enjoyable for the most part, I should expect it to severely affect my gameplay experience.
-
You must not have read the part about using ingredients you have never had before. I am Cajun, not all Cajun seasoning is spicy. Not only that, it depends on how much you use. There are so many other variables and ultimately my analogy works perfectly for my point: Don't knock it til you try it. D2 isn't even out yet, reserve the hate until you actually have some real first hand experience.

I'll knock it if I f*cking want to you bastard. I'm sick of people like you claiming that people who haven't played the game don't know anything. Have you played it yet? We have high standards after the disaster that was destiny 1. So sorry if we are criticizing a game and a company based on what they themselves have been telling us. So no, I'll continue to add kindling to the flame....

Okay. Doesn't bother me any. You just came to my thread. Expect to get some feedback on your negativity. If you want to comment on my thread, don't come here expecting the OP to bow down to your negativity. You can be sick of me all you want. But, judging by how triggered I made you. Deep down you know I am right.
-
"Deep down, I am right." Lol, that was funny.
-
Yeah, that might have been the worst analogy ever. Of course we can tell what it will taste like from the ingredients. We put specific ingredients together on purpose because of how they taste.
