I purchased destiny the collection on 7/2/17. I come to find out I did not receive the level 40 character boost it clearly states it comes with. I have exhausted Xbox support. They are currently opening an investigation. They said for me to contact Bungie. But this is the only way? Lol. Well a lot of people are having this same problem. Xbox support told me I have successfully purchased the collection. But on the order they only saw the licensing for the game itself. The taken king and rise of iron. No level 40 boost. So I went through their steps. All of them. So what’s your move? Do you add it onto my account?? Make my character level 40 automatically from your end? How do we reach customer satisfaction? Because on the other forums I have read no ones claim has been resolved.

I started a new character on a different account for ships and giggles I'm 40 and 387 all missions completed in 45 hours so yeah it's not that much time todo. ( without sparks)

1 ReplyEdited by SmashvilleViking: 7/3/2017 6:29:16 PMTry it now. Close Destiny, then reopen it. If that doesn't work, then try this:
Can you try clearing your cache and restoring your licenses. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539 https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181
There was an issue with items not showing up on accounts.

4 RepliesPlay the story first mission or two and you will progress to a destination called "The Tower." You will be asked to go around talking to people. While at the tower talk to the Post Master. There may be few random items there. One should have "spark" in its name. Read the desc and it will inform you how to use to boost to 40
