Well i hate tomatos and bitter mellon (if you dont know what it is, look it up). I wont like almost anything that has whole, diced, sliced, etc. tomatos as an ingredient. And I wont like anything cooked with bitter mellon will have the bitter taste permeate the meal so theres no way Id eat that.
Your analogy a poor one man. The bottom line is a ton of ppl are upset (legitimately) because we asked for a pve-focused game and bungie instead remade the game oriented towards pvp/e-sports.
Its like this: they can only have rwo of these three elements: power fantasy in pve, balance in pvp, and consistency between the two. Luke Smith already confirmed the two wont be separate so we know at that point bungie will have to choose pvp or pve, and the one not chosen will be consumed by the other, as has been the case the last 2 years. And Bungie has clearly chosen pvp.
If you are a pve oriented player, this should worry you. If your a Pve player, this should be reason enough to not buy the game.

You hit the spot my man.

Try to focus on said PvP and didn't go all out but went just halfass-ish.
-
Real talk tho. You like Pizza?
-
I do, if you don't mind my rudeness for interrupting the both of you in a convo.
-
Not crazy for it. Pesto pizza? Heck yeah

Destiny 2 is not going to be competitive in any way lol, the outcome of crucible matches will still be dependent on RNG and connections. No-one is going to take it seriously.

Exactly. Imo the designof the game hust doesnt lend itself to competitive pvp. That doesnt mean pvp can't be fun it just means it shouldnt be hyper competitive - yet that is what bungie is trying to push for with D2. So theyre going after something that imo they wont be able to dowith this game and in the process theyll have doestroyed what everyone has loved about the game. Doesnt make any kind of sense.
