Hi. It can take a while for transactions to pop up. As you have done everything you can at the moment, just wait.
However you could check your online purchases to see if the $ has been actioned.
As for all Eververse silver, no items you buy including the actual silver can be used outside of Destiny 1.
The new game, Destiny 2 will have a different currency.

I did check, and transaction did go through fine.

There appears to be Psn issue with silver at the moment as other Psn silver buyers are having the same issues.

Nope. Over 24 hours. Very frustrating.

I'd do a charge back. Bungie isn't keeping their half of the transaction. It's not right. I'm dissapointed.

Yep. About to call PlayStation. If not fixed today, I may even ask for refund on pre-order of Destiny 2, and will make sure to post this all over the internet. People need to know before they spend money. Got a couple million hits on a few so that should help spread the word.
